About this Course

This 8-hour Structured Learning CPD course equips residential real estate professionals to move beyond transactional advice into evidence-based behavioural analysis.

Participants will learn how housing policies (ABSD, TDSR, EIP, CPF grants) and behavioural drivers (loss aversion, herding, status aspiration) shape customer decisions.

The course offers insights into psychological, social, and policy factors influencing purchasing decisions and housing demand. Learners will gain practical skills to produce data-driven advice and differentiate their service from salespersons who cannot.
