Completing the Course and Downloading e-Certificate

In this example, we go through how to watch a pre-recorded webinar. For CPD courses, you will need to complete a post-course evaluation survey before you can download the e-Certificate:

  1. Updating your profile, as the name and NRIC printed in the certificate comes from here.
  2. Complete the lessons in the course. For pre-recorded webinars, the course can be marked complete. You will progress to the next lesson/module.
  3.  The final module is the Course Evaluation. Complete the survey and return to your dashboard.
  4. The certificate can be downloaded online in PDF format.

RES Revision Questions

This course is designed for RES students to refresh and practice what they have learned for the RES Paper 1. This serves as a mock exam, where you will have to answer 50 questions over 2.5 hours.

Upon submission, you will see which questions were answered wrongly and the correct answers to the question. You can take this as many times as you like.

E-Learning: Land Law Knowledge for Real Estate Investors & Salespersons

This course contains more than 20 hours of revision content, where Sam will go through 10 real estate topics with end-of-chapter quizzes to test your knowledge on that subject.
